Case No. 453 of 2019 dated 14.09.2019 instituted for the offence under Section 216 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act in which he is in custody since 15.09.2019.

One country made pistol and a live cartridge has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It has been submitted that the petitioner had visited the house of his relative from where he was arrested because of some other dispute of his relative with the police.

The petitioner has also been made accused in one case earlier but in that case, his implication is on the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13193 of 2020(2) dt.02-03-2020 2/2 basis of confession of a co-accused.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and the nature of accusation, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 453 of 2019.
