Let the defects be removed within four weeks after start of the physical Court.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1)(a)(1A), (1AA), (1-B), 26, 29 and 35 of the Arms Act.

AK-47 rifles and live cartridges were recovered from co-accused Bittu Singh while travelling on a four wheeler. The petitioner was also on the front seat by the side of the driver on the said vehicle. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since last about one year.

Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23455 of 2021(2) dt.06-09-2021 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with K. Hat Police Station Case No. 517 of 2020, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned trial court.
