The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail in this matter by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order at Annexure-3. Thereafter, the informant sought for cancellation of the said anticipatory bail order on the ground that the petitioner left the country without permission of the Court. Thereafter, same Hon'ble Bench cancelled the order of anticipatory bail vide order at Annexure-5 and thereafter petitioner is in custody. Considering the submission that due to bonafide mistake and no knowledge of the conditions of the order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14887 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 aforesaid, petitioner moved abroad, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 284 of 2014, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
