Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No.81 of 2016, registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is against unknown, there is no material against the petitioner except suspicion raised by the father of the deceased after five days and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Raju Sahani @ Parveen Sahani @ Parveen Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
