Petitioner is accused in connection with Special Case No. 786 of 2020 arising out of Sachiwalay P.S. Case No.13 of 2020 registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to oblique reason. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 22.01.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
