2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the supplementary affidavit in which in para-3 it is stated that the petitioner will never file any case before any forum claiming her service in future.

3. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 09.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8581 of 2023 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

4. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by four weeks after depositing Rs. 2000/- in the victim's compensation fund from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 444 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35512 of 2024(4) dt.20-09-2024 2/2 2021 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Vaishali, Hajipur.

5. The order dated 09.05.2023 is modified to the extent indicated above.

6. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
