This petitioner is filed for modification of the order dated 23.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40296 of 2014. It appears that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail with others on 23.04.2015 that in the event of arrest and surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, but the petitioner did not surrender before the court below and filed this petition on 08.03.2016 for modification of the order dated 23.04.2015 that is about one year thereafter. It is submitted that the petitioner had gone outside to earn his livelihood and they could not be informed.

It appears that on account of middle man the petitioner could not be informed in time, therefore, I do not find any ground to modify the order dated 23.04.2015.
