Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 364 of the Indian Penal Code.
Co-accused Ranjan Ram @ Ranjan Kumar has already been allowed anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-4.
Allegation against the petitioner is similar to co-accused Ranjan Ram @ Ranjan Kumar.
Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8718 of 2018 (2) dt.15-02-2018 pending in connection with Trial No.3730 of 2017 arising out of Nautan (Jagdishpur) Police Station Case No.293 of 2014, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
