Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Being aggrieved by the order dated 21.02.2022, passed by the learned District Judge, Gopalganj in Miscellaneous Case 07 of 2022, this miscellaneous petition has been preferred. Vide that order, the learned District Judge has rejected the transfer petition filed by the petitioner. The learned District Judge while rejecting the transfer petition has mentioned that the petition has been filed for making delay in disposal of Title Suit No. 67 of 2012. I do not find any reason to interfere with the

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.155 of 2022(2) dt.17-05-2022 2/2 impugned order. The civil miscellaneous petition is accordingly dismissed.

Office shall ensure that all the defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
