Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ahiyapur P. S. case no. 242/2014 registered under sections 307, 386, 387, 379 and other allied sections of the IPC. The accusation against the petitioners is that they assaulted the informant and his son with different weapons but annexure 2 series to this petition reveals that informant as well as his son sustained simple injury said to have been caused by hard and blunt substance. Moreover, sister of petitioner no.1 Bablu Paswan lodged Ahiyapur P. S. case no. 240/2014 against prosecution party for the offences under sections 341, 323, 504, 379/34 of the IPC and section 3 (X) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities ) Act, 1989. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as

No.2836 of 2015 (2) dt.21-01-2015 submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Ahiyapur P. S. case no. 242/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
