The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 31 of 2018 arising out of Bahadurpur P.S.Case No. 388 of 2013 registered under Sections 304B, 120B and 201/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that after marriage of the informant's daughter with Dhirendra Yadav, he started torturing her and it is alleged that after killing her daughter, dead body was disposed of by the accused persons.

Submission is that petitioner is the brother-in-law of the deceased and there is no specific accusation against him and he is a resident of another village and is in custody since 01.11.2017.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Hira Lal Yadav, is directed to be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22035 of 2018(2) dt.16-04-2018 2/2 on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-4h, Darbhanga in connection with Sessions Trial No. 31 of 2018 arising out of Bahadurpur P.S.Case No. 388 of 2013.
