The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 12097 of 2018, arising out of Danapur P.S. Case No. 869 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 461, 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37 (c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in the instant case total 104 piece of regulator was seized by the police and the petitioner was found in drunken condition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a Mechanic and connected with repair of Gas Cylinder and he is associated with Vaishali Indane Gas

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is in custody since 23.12.2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna, in connection with Special Case No. 12097 of 2018, arising out of Danapur P.S. Case No. 869 of 2018.
