The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that unknown miscreants had taken away truck, mobile and cash Rs.2000/-.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2018. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Neither any incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on T.I.P. Other co-accused has been granted bail vide Cr.Misc.No.24960 of 2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. Vth, Nawada in connection with Narhat (Sitamarhi) P.S. case No.262 of 2018.
