The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 232 of 2015 punishable for the offence under Sections 420 and 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that he paid a sum of Rs. 10,80,000/- to the petitioner's father-in-law for purchase of a land and a sale deed was subsequently executed. The informant alleged that this petitioner was also present at the time when the money was being delivered to her father-in-law. It appears from the prosecution case itself that the money was not handed over to this petitioner.

No.11400 of 2016 (2) dt.17-03-2016 2/2 In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees FiveThousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Siwan in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 232 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
