The petitioner being the husband of the complainant is apprehending his arrest in a complaint case wherein processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture.

The matter was referred to the Mediation Centre vide order dated 19.05.2015. The report of the Mediator dated 09.07.2015 at Flag 'A' reflects that the issued has been

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the complainant is residing with the petitioner. None is appearing on behalf of the complainant.

Considering the submission of the petitioner and the report of the Mediator, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Complaint Case No. 1514 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

Let the report of the Mediator be transmitted to the learned court below along with the order of this Court.
