The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No.96 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13808 of 2022(2) dt.11-04-2022 2/2 Recovery of illicit liquor has not been made by the police but by the private person.
Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 2nd-cum-Special Judge Excise-I, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No.96 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) BT/- U T
