The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 427/120B of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is that the informant purchased 17 dhurs land on which house was already existence. In the meanwhile, petitioners along with the officer of SBI, Krishi Branch, Gopalganj came there and told that Rs. 24 lacs loan is outstanding in the said building. Informant further got information that petitioners committed forgery and obtained loan with respect to the said purchased land. It is further allegted that petitioners and other accused persons forcibly entered into

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the matter is of civil nature for which Title Suit No. 511 of 2019 has been filed by the petitioners which is pending before the court of Sub Judge-I, Gopalganj. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 629 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
