The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 341, 325, 326, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assaulting and snatching three LED TV of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners and the informant are next door neighbour and in the background of some land dispute, the present F.I.R has been registered. It is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14286 of 2022(2) dt.08-09-2022 2/2 further submitted that for the alleged occurrence of 06.10.2021, the F.I.R was registered on 11.10.2021 without explaining the delay. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No. 536 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
