The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 120 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged by the informant being the Mutwali of a Mosque that petitioner no. 1 has sold the land of Mosque in favour of petitioner nos. 2 to 6.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner no. 1 sold his ancestral land and the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2753 of 2015 (02) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 informant has subsequently sworn an affidavit retracting from the accusation.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 151 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
