Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.

A country made pistol was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and petitioner is in custody since 16.02.2018. Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of nine months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22615 of 2018 (2) dt.23-04-2018 2/2 pending in connection with Jehanabad Police Station Case No. 121 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
