Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nardiganj P. S. case no. 136/2014 registered under section 306/34 of the IPC.

Taking into consideration that petitioners are parents-in-law of deceased who committed suicide at her parental home, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
