The petitioner prays for a direction to the respondent authorities not to reserve the Gram Panchayat Raj Nazardih under the Scheduled Caste category.

According to the petitioner there is no population of Scheduled Caste in the area. The opinion of the petitioner regarding the population of the Scheduled Caste in the area is based on his own opinion and is not supported by any authentic document. In the circumstances discussed above, the writ petition is disposed of.
