1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Chakia P.S. Case no.264 of 2025 registered under sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, it is stated that the eleven named accused persons including the three petitioners herein as also 10-15 unknown accused persons came variously armed. While the petitioner nos.2 and 3 caught hold of the informant, it is stated that the petitioner no.1 as also co-accused Birendra Ram struck the informant with a knife on his neck
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14162 of 2026(2) dt.12-03-2026 2/3 causing serious injuries. They escaped with Rs.95,000/ in cash besides ornaments worth Rs.4 lacs.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case. So far as the injury on the informant is concerned, referring to the injury report at Annexure 2, it is submitted that the injuries have been found to be simple in nature. Co-accused Birendra Ram has been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order dated 20.11.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. no.73475 of 2025. The petitioners are in custody since 24.8.2025 and chargesheet has been submitted in the case.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations against the petitioners in the FIR, the contents of the injury report of the informant, the petitioners being in custody for more than 6 months since 24.8.2025 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs all the three petitioners to be enlarged on bail in connection with Chakia P.S. Case no.264 of 2025 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
