JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-03-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody since 13.11.2017 seeks bail in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S.Case No. 647 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that petitioner enticed away minor daughter of the informant.

It is contended that she eloped with the petitioner voluntarily, as reflected from her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and she is 17 years of age and she has not alleged any sexual exploitation by the petitioner.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Ajit Kumar, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Judge-
