Petitioners seek bail in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 30 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners. Petitioners have no concern with the seized article. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 24.01.2020. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12211 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 30 of 2020.
