This review application has been filed to review the order dated 27.10.2016 passed by this Court in Civil Miscellaneous Case No.962 of 2016.

It appears that prior to framing issue the amendment application was filed by the plaintiff. The trial court allowed the amendment application. The defendants filed civil miscellaneous application challenging the order passed by the trial court allowing the amendment application. This Court by order dated 27.10.2016 held that it is a pre-trial amendment prayed for by the plaintiff, therefore, there is no question of interference in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction arises. Against that order, this review application has been filed.
