JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,379,337,448 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that for a dispute with regard to plucking fruits the accused persons entered into the house of the informant and resorted to firing, assaulted the informant and snatched gold chain.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation has been levelled in the background of the fact that the informant's husband killed the father and uncle of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4769 of 2015 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 petitioner nos. 2 and 3 for which Pouthu P.S. Case Nos. 31 of 2007 and 65 of 2010 were lodged against informant side. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Pauthu P.S. Case No. 23 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
