JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 436/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioners is of liting fire in the house of the informant, as a result, the articles worth Rs. 50,000/- got burnt.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that admittedly the informant is not the eye-witness to the occurrence. The petitioners are on inimical terms with the informant from before when petitioners' side lodged Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 11 of 2014 making accusation under Sections 448, 323, 380 and 504/34 of the IPC. Moreover, there is counter version of the occurrence also. A statement has been made in para

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Ruxaul, East Champaran in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S.
