02. 13.07.2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It is contended that, as per allegation, 90 pouches of country-made liquor each containing 200 ML, i.e., about total 18 litres were recovered from the motorcycle of the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 03.03.2017.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31881 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 the case, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 17 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
