The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nasriganj P.S. Case No.208 of 2017, a case under Section 364 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to F.I.R., three unknown persons abducted to the brother of the informant. During investigation, two persons were apprehended on suspicion and on their disclosure victim was recovered. Those accused disclosed named of the petitioner and others also as co-culprit. The victim has not named any of the miscreants in his statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9391 of 2018 (2) dt.17-02-2018 P2/ above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
