2. From perusal of record, it appears that vide order dated 25.07.2017 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.1313 of 2017,

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.1211 of 2023(4) dt.24-01-2024 2/2 the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellants was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court but the appellants chose not to surrender before the learned Court below and after long interval of time, they again renewed their prayer.

3. In view of the aforesaid, I am not inclined to entertain their prayer once again after a long interval.

4. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.
