2. This is the 4th attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail, who is in custody since 06.03.2017 in connection with Sessions Trial No. 250 of 2018 arising out of Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 137 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code having earlier been rejected thrice by this Court by order dated 09.10.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 38355 of 2017, by order dated 25.07.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 30039 of 2018 and by order dated 24.07.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 41168 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that there is no eye witness to the occurrence and the petitioner has been implicated merely on suspicion.

4. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13045 of 2020(3) dt.03-07-2020 2/2 learned APP for the State, this Court is not satisfied to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner at this stage.

5. The petition stands dismissed.
