The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 35 of 2017, dated 08.02.2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-A), 25 (1-AA), 25(1-b) A, 25(1-AC), 26 (i)(ii) and 35 of the Arms Act. The accusation, as per the self statement of S.H.O., Muffasil P.S., is that he along with other police officers reached at the place of occurrence and conducted a raid and huge quantity of tools, full manufactured arms, half manufacture arms, cartridges and other articles were recovered. It is further alleged that a mini gun factory was being run and from the spot, while the petitioner was fleeing away, the police had caught him.
It is the submission of the learned counsel for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28956 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 09.02.2017. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, at present I am not inclined to grant him bail. However, the petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail after a period of six months from today. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) BTiwary/- U T
