Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2017 in a case of robbery registered against unknown. Name of the petitioner had transpired in the confessional statement of coaccused Rahul Kumar Mahto. Submission is that the petitioner was never put on TIP nor anything has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3525 of 2018 (2) dt.18-01-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.T. No. 665 of 2017 arising out of Rosera Police Station Case No. 128 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
