The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assault and pressing the neck of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that after completing the investigation, the petitioner was not sent up for trial but cognizance has been taken against the petitioner. Petitioner has clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
