The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Katihar Nagar P.S. Case No. 850 of 2022 registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that from perusal of the seizure list, it is apparent that the alleged recovery has been made near the Tin made house of one Nunu Mandal. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
