ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 29-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. Considering that the Petitioner is said to be the alleged second wife of the husband of the Complainant, let the petitioner above named be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order in connection with Complaint case No.1294 of 2006 corresponding to Trial No.873 of 2014 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of

No.3554 of 2015 (2) dt.29-01-2015 2/2 Criminal Procedure as also conditions (i) That one of the bailor will be a close relative of the petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner. The bailor will undertake to furnish information to the Court about any change in address of the petitioner.
