16-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor along with learned counsel for North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd.

There happens to be controversy amongst the parties relating to the due amount so claimed. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he had already deposited the due amount appertaining to Rs.31,633/- as well as 53,119/-. The learned lower court will verify the aforesaid contention and in case the aforesaid amount is found deposited in the account of informant or been offered to be deposited, then in the event of deposit of due amount the learned lower court will release the petitioner on bail to its own satisfaction otherwise, will pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
