JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-05-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No.254 of 2017 disclosing offences under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Allegation as per F.I.R. against the petitioners, they happen to be the Nanad and Nandosi of the deceased that due to demand of motorcycle and they used to assault the deceased and the informant has received an information that his daughter died and on that informant has reached her Sasural and he found that they have also taken the dead body for cremation. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22450 of 2019(3) dt.14-05-2019 2/2 petitioners and the mother-in-law, on similar allegation has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 06.03.2019 in Criminal Misc. No.13884 of 2019.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No.254 of 2017, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
