Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307,302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Co-accused-Raunak Singh is said to have caused firearm injury at the chest of the brother of the informant. Co-accused-Raja Chaudhary and Gautam Kumar also fired, however, no injury was caused to anyone. The petitioner is named in the FIR, however, no specific overt-act is alleged against the petitioner.
Considering the facts aforesaid and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12050 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Laheriasarai Police Station Case No.456 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case as well as the petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned Trial Court, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
