The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Maner P.S. Case No. 437 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The brother of the deceased alleged that his sister was killed by her in-laws.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband has not been made accused. Prabha Devi was married to Manager Roy in the year 2002. The petitioners are living separately. The husband of the deceased is working with the informant. The petitioners are mother-in-law and sister-in-law (Nanad) of the deceased.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that only

No.6750 of 2015 (2) dt.19-02-2015 2/2 suspicion is raised against the petitioners and others that they might have committed murder of Prabha Devi, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Anupama Kumari, the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 437 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
