JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. That, this application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate direction in the nature of writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s) commanding the respondents to remove the illegal encroachment / construction over the residential private land of the Petitioner situated at Ward No- 11, Village Sarhad, Shripur Hati (South) Panchayat, Anchal Pandaul, District Madhubani."

Patna High Court CWJC No.8958 of 2021(3) dt.19-04-2023 2/2 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Madhubani for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Madhubani by filing appropriate representation and in case such a representation is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the District Magistrate, Madhubani shall conduct an enquiry and adjudicate upon the dispute in question by passing a reasoned and a speaking order in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
