JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 11-02-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead the Principal Secretary, Building Construction Department, Government of Bihar, Patna as respondent no.6. This writ application is on narrow compass. It is submitted that the petitioner was given a work contract for construction of compound wall, gate and wood work in a building at Punaichak, Patna. He claims to have completed his work on 25.3.2012 but the grievance of the petitioner is that no payment is being made even of the admitted dues.

In above view of the matter, this writ application is

Patna High Court CWJC No.2544 of 2015 (2) dt.11-02-2015 2/2 being disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no.6, i.e., Principal Secretary, Patna, for redressal of his grievance along with all the necessary documents, who shall examine the issue and take a decision within a period of one month from the date of filing of such representation. If it is found that the admitted dues of the petitioner have not been paid then the same would be required to be paid within a period of three months from the date of taking such decision.
