2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 332, 333, 306, 353 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and other accused persons assaulted the police party as a result of which some of them sustained injuries.
