Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to SC-20.

With consent of the parties and without going into merits of the case, the writ applications is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Madhubani (Respondent No. 2) for seeking the relief claimed in the present writ application. 3.

If any representation on behalf of the petitioner is filed on or before 25-11-2024, the District Magistrate, Madhubani shall dispose of the said representation in accordance with law within a period of four months thereafter. 4.

Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of.

At this stage, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in the writ application at para-1(i), it has been prayed that a writ of certiorari may be issued for direction to the Mukhiya of Lakshmipur Panchayat, P.S- Sakri, District- Madhubani not to construct a public land over the private land of the petitioner bearing Khata No. 85, Plot Nos. 1218, 1222, 1224, 1233 measuring 8 kathas. Learned counsel submits that inadvertently Plot Nos. 1218 and 1233 has been pleaded when it ought to have been Plot Nos. 1228 and 1223.
