ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 30-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Bochaha P.S. case No.276 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act, pending before the court of Smt. Divya Wasistha, Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Muzaffarpur.

Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected with a direction to the Petitioners to surrender before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.
