Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 447, 385, 341, 323, 307, 325, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners allegedly assaulted with rod etc causing injury to the informant and his brother. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Doctor has found simply injury. The petitioners are in custody since 23.12.2017. The investigation of the case is already closed. Petitioners are ready to cooperate with the trial. Land dispute is the reason for alleged occurrence. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sirdala Police Station Case No.325 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
