Pursuant to order dated 05.12.2016, it was submitted at the Bar, that the exercise, as contemplated in the said order, has been carried out and pursuant to which, upon mutual agreement, the dues of the petitioner have been computed to be Rs. 9,09,500/- and after adjusting the past payment made and the TDS deduction, the remaining amount of Rs. 2,89,800/- has also been paid to him through Cheque No. 621522 dated 21.12.2016.
