JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-01-2024 The learned counsel for the opposite parties has referred to the show cause, filed in the present case, to show that the order of this Court dated 13.7.2016, passed in CWJC No. 14216 of 2013, has fully been complied with, inasmuch as not only a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- has stood paid to the petitioners, but also a sum of Rs. 3, 000/- per month for a period of 12 months i.e. a sum of Rs. 36,000/- has been paid to each one of the petitioners.

Patna High Court MJC No.650 of 2020(3) dt.25-01-2024 3/3 Hence, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court, disobedience whereof has been complained of, has stood complied with.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law for redressal of their subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present contempt petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
