2. The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 113 of 2022 for the offence punishable under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act lodged on 15.03.2022 by the informant, Shabnam Parveen.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant has made specific allegation against the petitioner that she opened fire causing instant death of her mother. Accordingly, the FIR.

4. In this case, a report was called for on 17.05.2024 and as per it, due to delaying tactics of the accuseds, the same could not be taken to its logical conclusion and the Trial Court vide letter no. 158 dated 24.06.2024 has assured that it will be taken to its logical conclusion in a month. The report is dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18130 of 2024(3) dt.05-07-2024 2/2 24.06.2024. The Court grant him further two months time and expect that he will live upto his word and conclude the trial by 30th September, 2024.
